How To Play a Forehand Drive in Table Tennis

The Forehand Drive: What is it? One of the four basic ping pong strokes. An attacking stroke played with a minimal amount of topspin. Played against long or medium length topspin. Usually played from the forehand side. How to position your body: Your feet should be slightly wider than your shoulder width apart. The right foot should be slightly further back than left if you are right-handed and the opposite if you are left-handed. Your body should be leaning forward with slightly bent knees. Both of your arms should be placed in front of you. Stand an arms-length away from the table. The weight should be propel distributed on your toes and not on your heels.
